Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for various structural projects.
  • Conduct load calculations and structural analyses.
  • Develop innovative design solutions that prioritize safety and functionality.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation.
  • Perform quality assurance on engineering deliverables.
  • Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Implement sustainability practices in design processes.
  • Train and supervise junior staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records of engineering drawings and project documents.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis
