Job Description

We are seeking skilled Aircraft Structure, Surfaces, Rigging, and Systems Assemblers to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling aircraft components, ensuring they meet stringent quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft structures and rigging systems per engineering specifications.
• Conduct tests to ensure robustness and functionality of assembled components.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues during the assembly process.
• Create and update documentation for assembly processes and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Train new team members on assembly techniques and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
• Maintain tools and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Report any discrepancies in project timelines or assembly errors promptly.
• Support in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly tasks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years experience in hydraulic system assembly or pipe fitting
