Job Description

As a Sign Hanger Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team tasked with the installation, maintenance, and repair of signs that meet our client's specifications and adhere to safety guidelines. Your leadership will ensure that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and quality standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of sign installations, from planning to execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for sign installations.
  • Foster a team-oriented work environment focusing on safety and quality.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upgrade team skills on the latest technologies and practices.
  • Maintain communication with project managers and clients to manage expectations.
  • Evaluate and optimize the sign hanging processes for efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction through effective resolution.
  • Supervise the maintenance of equipment and tools used by the team.
  • Plan and schedule team workflows to align with project deadlines.
  • Document all processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role with sign installation experience preferred
