Job Description

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for leading our online sales strategies, optimizing the overall user experience, and driving revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital marketing efforts, manage product listings, and ensure efficient operations of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facets of the e-commerce operation, including sales, logistics, and customer service.
  • Create promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work with the design team to enhance the visual appeal of e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Develop user engagement strategies to increase customer retention.
  • Implement data tracking tools to measure user engagement and sales funnel.
  • Enhance the integration of payment solutions for ease of use.
  • Foster synergies between online and physical retail operations.
  • Report on e-commerce performance metrics to upper management.
  • Manage budget and resources efficiently to meet sales goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree in E-commerce or Business Management preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations
