Job Description

As a Water Main Pipe Layer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water main pipes to ensure a steady water supply for residential and commercial applications. Working closely with our construction team, you will play a crucial role in project completion and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform excavation and trenching for water main installations.
• Install and connect new water main pipes according to specifications.
• Conduct leak tests and quality checks on installed systems.
• Assist in replacing outdated water mains as needed.
• Operate heavy machinery safely to aid in excavation and backfilling.
• Document work processes and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Further certifications in construction or safety are a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years in underground utility construction or similar field
