Job Description
Join our team as a Concierge, where you will provide outstanding customer service to our guests. Your role will involve checking in and out guests, answering inquiries, and making reservations, ensuring a memorable experience at our hotel.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and check them into the hotel.
Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
Provide local area information, including dining, attractions, and events.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and courteously.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a front desk or concierge role
