Job Description

Join our team as a Concierge, where you will provide outstanding customer service to our guests. Your role will involve checking in and out guests, answering inquiries, and making reservations, ensuring a memorable experience at our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and check them into the hotel.
  • Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
  • Provide local area information, including dining, attractions, and events.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
  • Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and courteously.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or concierge role
