Job Description

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform advanced imaging procedures, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and play a vital role in diagnosing and treating patients. You will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute patient assessments required before procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot nuclear imaging equipment.
• Document findings and inform physicians of results.
• Participate in continuing education and training to enhance skills.
• Advocate for patient care best practices within the team.
• Collaborate in research projects pertaining to nuclear medicine.
• Support quality assurance efforts and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a closely related field
• Certifications from NMTCB or ARRT preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in nuclear medicine imaging

Technical Skills

• SPECT/CT Imaging

Certifications

• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board

Languages

• English: Fluent
