Job Description

We are seeking skilled Locomotive Engineers to oversee the operation and maintenance of various motor systems. The ideal candidates will bring expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance checks and repairs on various motor systems.
• Monitor and adjust motor operations to optimize performance.
• Document maintenance activities and develop reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational challenges.
• Work closely with the production team to align motor operations with manufacturing goals.
• Assist in the implementation of new motor technologies and systems.
• Provide hands-on assistance during equipment changeovers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with motor systems.
