Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender for our insecticide production. This role is essential in preparing and blending various insecticide solutions while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and mix chemicals according to established formulas.
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Document all mixing procedures and maintain production logs.
• Coordinate with the production team to optimize workflow.
• Adhere to environmental and safety regulations in daily operations.
• Assist in training new team members on mixing processes.
• Ensure finished products meet industry quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field

Experience

• Experience in chemical mixing or related field is preferred.
