Job Description

We are looking for a Launchman to oversee the logistics involved in launching our spacecraft. This role combines technical knowledge with project management skills to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparations for launch day operations.
• Communicate with external vendors and partners for resource availability.
• Analyze post-launch data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the team during launch execution.
• Ensure all launch systems are functioning properly.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams before the launch.
• Implement agile project management methodologies.
• Document launch processes for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on launch operations.
