Architectural and Civil Drafter

Job Description

As an Architectural and Civil Drafter, you will be responsible for designing and planning innovative architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of building principles and advanced knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural drawings, renderings, and models.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain design integrity throughout the project phases.
• Ensure efficient management of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Consult with contractors and consultants to clarify design specifications.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements.
• Research materials and methods for sustainable design practices.
• Participate in design charrettes and brainstorming sessions.
• Document and archive project-related materials and correspondence.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques to enhance project workflow.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant architectural design experience.
