This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and performance of rigging equipment during thrilling theatrical productions and events. You'll collaborate closely with production teams to deliver top-tier shows while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of rigging systems according to design specifications.
• Troubleshoot rigging issues swiftly to minimize downtime during events.
• Develop maintenance schedules for rigging equipment and tools.
• Support the artistic side of productions by providing innovative rigging solutions.
• Coordinate closely with stage managers and directors to meet creative demands.
• Assist in managing rigging-related budgets and expenses.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for rigging operations.
• Lead training sessions for crew on the latest rigging technology and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in advanced rigging techniques is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in rigging operations within live performances

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Rigging Safety Certification
