Job Description

As an Extruding and Drawing Machine Setter, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality metal and plastic products. This position involves setting up and operating machines, as well as conducting quality checks to ensure products meet strict specifications.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines for optimal operation.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and processes.
• Implement safety protocols and practices in machine operation.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in extrusion or molding operations

Technical Skills

• Injection molding operation
• Machine maintenance

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
