Job Description

The Filing Machine Operator is pivotal in ensuring an organized and efficient filing system in our manufacturing environment. The operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the filing machines, ensuring swift and accurate processing of documents and materials.

Responsibilities

• Control and operate filing machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Retrieve and distribute documents and records upon request.
• Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct training sessions for team members using the filing machines.
• Implement improvements in filing procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Create and maintain logs of document retrieval and filing activities.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards during all filing operations.
• Identify discrepancies in filing processes and address them promptly.
• Assist in data entry related to filing tasks and materials.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or filing environment is preferred.

Languages
