Job Description

The Paper Goods Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender is responsible for efficiently managing the machinery involved in production. This role requires attention to detail, operational knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate various paper production machines.
  • Perform quality inspections during the production process.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance.
  • Keep accurate production records and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Verify material quality before production.
  • Support the training of junior production staff.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional technical training is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
