Job Description

As a Traverse Rod Assembler, you will be a vital part of our production team, responsible for assembling traverse rods used in various window treatments. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all components are correctly assembled and meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings for accurate rod assembly.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging.
  • Organize workstations to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Document production output and report anomalies to the team lead.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to foster teamwork.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred
