Job Description

As part of our Quality Control team, you'll be tasked with inspecting and testing valves to confirm their functionality and compliance with established standards. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for delivering top-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Document all testing processes in compliance with company protocols.
• Train junior inspectors on testing equipment and procedures.
• Assist in developing new testing protocols to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all safety measures are followed during testing.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot testing discrepancies.
• Prepare summaries of testing results for management review.
• Manage inventory of testing supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or associate's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of valve types
• Understanding of testing methodologies

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated testing systems: Familiarity with software-based valve testing systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality control processes: Background in quality assurance processes and techniques.
