Responsibilities

• Configure and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
• Document and track changes made during the production process.
• Inspect and test products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Provide technical support to other team members as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in machining or woodworking is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the woodworking industry preferred

Technical Skills

• CNC Operation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing: Experience with Lean principles to improve efficiency in production.
• Training or certification in CNC machine operation: Formal training or certification in CNC machine operation and maintenance.
