As an Event Planner at Event Horizon Co., you'll orchestrate spectacular events from concept to completion. You'll take the lead in coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for all attendees. Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver memorable events tailored to client needs.
• Oversee registration and ticketing processes for events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Draft event proposals and presentations for client pitches.
• Work closely with marketing to promote events effectively.
• Gather feedback from clients and attendees for future improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree in Event Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in large-scale event planning

Languages
