Job Description

As a Food Service Assistant, you'll support food preparation and customer service within a dynamic cafeteria setting. We're looking for enthusiastic team players with a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct food prep and assist with cooking.
• Serve meals and handle customer service inquiries.
• Ensure all kitchen areas remain clean and organized.
• Assist in cash handling and point of sale operations.
• Follow food safety standards and procedures.
• Engage with customers to provide a pleasant dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient service.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance job skills.
• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handlers permit or willingness to obtain one

Experience

• Some experience in a food service setting is preferred.
