Job Description
As a Food Service Assistant, you'll support food preparation and customer service within a dynamic cafeteria setting. We're looking for enthusiastic team players with a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Conduct food prep and assist with cooking.
Serve meals and handle customer service inquiries.
Ensure all kitchen areas remain clean and organized.
Assist in cash handling and point of sale operations.
Follow food safety standards and procedures.
Engage with customers to provide a pleasant dining experience.
Collaborate with team members for efficient service.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance job skills.
Support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Food handlers permit or willingness to obtain one
Experience
Some experience in a food service setting is preferred.
