Job Description

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our Houston team. In this role, you will take part in designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to, and making adjustments as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions for various projects.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to address project impacts.
  • Manage contract negotiations and procurement processes.
  • Ensure all engineering work is conducted according to applicable codes.
  • Review contractor submissions and ensure quality control.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.
  • Provide expert advice on engineering practices and methods.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and project teams.
  • Maintain project records and documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in large-scale projects
