The Outside Operator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operation of equipment and machinery outside of a facility or plant. This role requires ensuring that all machinery is functioning properly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Operate various machinery related to petroleum refining.
Document equipment performance and report any discrepancies.
Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production.
Ensure adherence to safety standards during operation.
Assist in managing supplies and materials for operations.
Participate in safety meetings and training.
Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety.
Provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
Stay updated on industry best practices and safety regulations.
Requirements
Education
Technical degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
Experience with specific types of equipment or machinery preferred.
