Job Description

The Outside Operator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operation of equipment and machinery outside of a facility or plant. This role requires ensuring that all machinery is functioning properly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Operate various machinery related to petroleum refining.
• Document equipment performance and report any discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards during operation.
• Assist in managing supplies and materials for operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety.
• Provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience with specific types of equipment or machinery preferred.

• Physical dexterity and strength
• Manufacturing equipment software proficiency

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
