Job Description

As a Learning Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning programs for employees across our organization. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure our training initiatives align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to tailor training programs to employee requirements.
• Design engaging courses and materials that promote effective learning.
• Utilize technology to enhance the delivery of training programs.
• Monitor and measure the impact of training initiatives on employee performance.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Support a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in education or instructional design, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years designing and delivering training programs

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a global organization: Exposure to diverse cultural contexts and training delivery.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations: Understanding of training compliance regulations such as OSHA and HIPAA.
