Job Description

As a Processing Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of products through detailed inspections and testing processes. You'll be responsible for identifying defects and deviations, collaborating with production teams, and contributing to improving manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inspection processes, documenting all procedures and findings.
  • Implement industry best practices in quality control.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure material quality prior to acceptance.
  • Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the calibration of measuring instruments and equipment.
  • Develop training materials focused on quality standards for the production team.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Quality Assurance or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control or inspection roles
Technical Skills
  • Statistical analysis tools
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills
Certifications
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt
Languages
  • English: Fluent
