Job Description

Join our team as a Receptionist and Information Clerk! You will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, and performing essential administrative duties. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering a great first impression.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and ensure messages are relayed appropriately.
  • Direct guests to their desired locations within the facility.
  • Provide check-in and check-out assistance for guests.
  • Manage guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate reservations and manage room assignments.
  • Processing payments and maintaining financial records.
  • Organizing and performing various administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized at all times.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
