Job Description

As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal components essential for our production processes. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that all metal structures meet quality and precision standards in alignment with industry requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Execute metal fabrication, including welding and assembly of components.
  • Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Inspect and test metal components to ensure quality and precision.
  • Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in metalworking.
  • Facilitate communication between production and engineering teams.
  • Record and report any issues found during inspections.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained properly to avoid breakdowns.
  • Follow workplace protocols to uphold safety standards.
  • Assist in training new team members on metalworking processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a metalworking or welding apprenticeship program is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in metalworking or a related field

Certifications
