As a Fabric and Apparel Patternmaker at Quality Stitch Designs, you'll leverage your expertise in embroidery to create intricate patterns tailored to client specifications. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients and manufacturers to ensure designs not only meet but exceed quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embroidery patterns tailored to client specifications.
• Work alongside clients and manufacturers to refine design concepts.
• Digitize and prepare designs for machine application using industry-standard software.
• Oversee production constraints to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough checks of finished patterns for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Organize and archive all design documentation systematically.
• Keep abreast of advancements in the embroidery industry to enhance design capabilities.
• Engage in teamwork and collaboration across various departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Mentor and assist less experienced patternmakers as required.
• Follow and implement company standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Patternmaker or similar role

Experience

• Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, materials, and production processes.

Technical Skills

• Creative Pattern Design
• Machine Operation

• Strong Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with different embroidery techniques: Knowledge of various embroidery methods such as free-motion, cross-stitch, etc.
