We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer (Black Topper) to oversee the application of blacktop materials on various projects. The ideal candidate will manage the application team and ensure that all work meets industry standards while operating necessary machinery effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blacktop application and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Assess site conditions for optimal application of blacktop.
• Manage machinery for blacktop preparation, application, and finishing.
• Guarantee adherence to safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Create and maintain project documentation and logs.
• Report progress and any issues to upper management.
• Train new team members on blacktop application procedures.
• Evaluate completed work for any necessary adjustments.
• Ensure materials are available and organized for daily operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years working in a supervisory role in road construction.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of construction materials

Languages
