Seal Delivery Vehicle (SDV) Team Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Top Installer, where you will be responsible for installing and maintaining a variety of systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security solutions in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical and electronic repairs on underwater vehicles.
• Liaise with team leads to ensure mission requirements are met.
• Utilize various tools and software for maintaining SDVs.
• Train personnel on proper use and care of SDV systems.
• Take part in field operations as necessary for hands-on experience.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with vehicle operation and repairs.
• Advise on the procurement of new tools and equipment.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights on enhancing operational performance.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant military or defense experience

Technical Skills

• Advanced diagnostic skills
• SDV maintenance software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• Military experience or training recognized

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Leadership experience: Past experience in a leadership or mentorship role, particularly in a military setting.
