Job Description
As a Prison Warden, you will play a crucial role in leading our facility towards operational excellence. You will supervise staff, manage inmate relations, and ensure a safe environment for both staff and inmates.
Responsibilities
Manage the overall operation of the prison facility, ensuring security and staff supervision.
Ensure strict adherence to prison regulations, policies, and procedures.
Supervise and motivate correctional officers, providing necessary training.
Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance and access control.
Implement and oversee inmate programs focusing on education and rehabilitation.
Conduct inmate disciplinary hearings and facilitate conflict resolution.
Manage inmate intake and release procedures, ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a correctional facility, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
