Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Atlanta. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, manage treatment plans, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and maintain health records.
• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care.
• Perform diagnostic tests and assist in procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Document patient information and monitor health changes.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable with relevant experience

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting

Technical Skills

• Patient Assessment
• IV Therapy

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Empathy

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Pediatric or Geriatric Care Experience: Experience in caring for specific patient demographics.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Advanced skills in cardiac emergencies.
