Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Parts Inspector who will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of machine parts produced during the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate must possess keen attention to detail and be proficient in using various manufacturing tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of machine parts to verify adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize various measuring instruments for precision checks.
  • Document inspection results accurately and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams to address identified quality issues.
  • Input inspection data into relevant ERP systems.
  • Participate in audits and quality assessments.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the manufacturing team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in quality control and inspection techniques.
  • Train and mentor junior inspectors and operators.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline inspection processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional technical or vocational training is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
Technical Skills
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • ISO 9001 knowledge

Certifications
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages
