Job Description

We are looking for a Casting Operator Helper to support our Casting Operator in producing top-quality products. In this role, you'll prepare equipment, monitor casting operations, and ensure a clean workspace. The position requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and a proactive approach to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and operation of casting machinery.
  • Manage the inventory of casting supplies and tools.
  • Report maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
  • Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal methods are followed.
  • Support the quality control team in their inspections.
  • Help implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and common areas.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
