Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Paperboard Box Maker to join our team. As a Paperboard Box Maker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality paperboard boxes according to customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create custom-sized paperboard boxes based on client specifications.
  • Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
  • Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety.
  • Report production metrics and quality issues to the Production Manager.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on all machines to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in manufacturing or similar field is preferred
Experience
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in paperboard box making or a related manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of different box styles and structures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Languages
  • English: Fluent
