Job Description

As a Stocker and Order Filler, you're at the heart of our inventory operations. Your primary responsibilities include managing inventory levels, organizing stock accurately, and ensuring that all products are readily accessible for shipping. You'll work closely with various teams to maintain a streamlined process and contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and stock level updates with precision.
• Inspect received materials to ensure quality and conformity.
• Organize inventory effectively to facilitate quick retrieval.
• Prepare shipping materials while ensuring documentation is accurate.
• Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders promptly.
• Conduct inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Assist in the flow of materials across departments seamlessly.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during inventory management.
• Compile reports on inventory trends and usage statistics.
• Provide support in the training of staff on inventory best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of related experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
