Job Description

We are looking for a Rider Ticket Worker to join our dynamic customer service team. This role involves managing ticketing operations and delivering outstanding service to riders. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle ticketing processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Process ticket sales and handle cash transactions.
  • Assist customers in understanding fare options and service schedules.
  • Resolve ticketing issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor station activities and manage ticketing queues effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies regarding cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ticketing area.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or ticketing roles.
