Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Fundraising Managers who will take the lead in developing and executing fundraising campaigns. Your primary goal will be to secure financial support, cultivate relationships with donors, and engage the community in our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning sessions to enhance fundraising efforts.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses for sponsorship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to track fundraising revenue.
  • Create marketing and promotional materials for fundraising campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage donor relationships and data.
  • Participate in networking events to build a donor base.
  • Update stakeholders on progress and future goals.
  • Ensure all fundraising practices align with ethical guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of transparency within the fundraising team.
  • Evaluate and adapt strategies based on fundraising outcomes and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced degree in Fundraising or Nonprofit Management preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising roles

Certifications
  • Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive (ACFRE)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
