Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for assessing risks, developing compliance programs, and providing training to staff. This position requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance training for employees across the organization.
• Monitor compliance-related incidents and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Coordinate with legal and HR teams on compliance matters.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant industry certifications preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in compliance or related role

Technical Skills

• Compliance auditing
• Regulatory reporting

Certifications

• Certified Compliance Professional (CCP)
• Compliance Risk Assessment Certification (CRAC)
