Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. You will provide legal advice, prepare and present cases in court, negotiate settlements, and ensure clients receive fair compensation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess personal injury claims during initial client meetings.
• Research legal precedents and gather pertinent evidence to support cases.
• Formulate legal strategies and develop case arguments.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Engage with clients regularly to provide updates and legal guidance.
• Partner with investigators and experts to strengthen case positions.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients during trials.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws to better serve clients.
• Ensure timely filing of legal documents and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law
