Job Description

We're seeking a reliable Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator to manage our rotary drying processes. In this role, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring that materials are dried effectively and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and manage rotary drying machinery.
• Continuously monitor process conditions and make necessary adjustments.
• Identify and report any machine malfunctions or irregularities.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and repairs.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product standards are met.
• Train new operators on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Prepare equipment for production runs and clean after operations.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and spare parts.
• Work closely with supervisors to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with drying equipment

• Drying processes knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
