Job Description

We are seeking a motivated General Merchandise Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and developing effective sales strategies to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate coating equipment to apply protective and decorative finishes.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure quality control.
• Handle and dispose of chemicals safely and according to regulations.
• Communicate with team members about workflow and production goals.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and understanding of coating technologies.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Support with other related production tasks as needed.
• Provide input for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep detailed logs of production activities for quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's degree in manufacturing technology is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or coating environment is preferred.
