Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Ophthalmic Medical Technologist to provide patient-centered care for individuals with ocular diseases. This role involves performing diagnostics, assisting in the treatment of eye conditions, and educating patients on eye health.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed eye assessments and tests.
• Assist in the management of patient treatment plans.
• Provide critical support during surgical procedures.
• Document all patient interactions and findings accurately.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and follow-up.
• Maintain and operate advanced ocular imaging devices.
• Collaborate with the ophthalmology team to improve patient care.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ophthalmology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Ophthalmic Technology or related field preferred

Experience

• Three years of experience preferred in ocular care
