Job Description

Join HealthFirst Solutions as a Neuropsychologist, where you will engage in assessing and diagnosing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disorders related to brain dysfunction. You will develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Perform detailed neuropsychological evaluations to inform treatment plans.
  • Engage in ongoing research to stay updated with advancements in neuropsychology.
  • Lead workshops for staff on neuropsychological assessment techniques.
  • Advise and support families in understanding cognitive impairments.
  • Develop and implement cognitive and behavioral rehabilitation methods.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms to enhance patient access to care.
  • Document patient progress meticulously to inform treatment adaptations.
  • Promote client-centered care practices throughout the treatment process.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist
  • Specialization or post-doctoral training in neuropsychology
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in neuropsychology.
Technical Skills
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
  • Proficiency in neuropsychological assessment software
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • Board certification in clinical neuropsychology (preferred)
  • Certified in psychological assessment procedures
