Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our San Antonio team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping individuals regain their independence through tailored therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs through detailed evaluations and consultations.
• Design and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual patients.
• Instruct patients in exercises and activities to promote rehabilitation.
• Keep detailed records of patient interactions and progress to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient-centered care approaches.
• Facilitate workshops or community outreach programs to raise awareness about occupational therapy.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Board Certification in Occupational Therapy is desirable

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in occupational therapy practice

Certifications

• Occupational Therapy License in Texas
• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
