Job Description

As a Grader and Sorter in the agricultural products sector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that only the best produce reaches our customers. Your tasks will include inspecting, grading, and sorting various agricultural products, focusing on quality control and product standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess crop quality by grading and sorting based on internal standards.
• Work with sorting equipment to enhance productivity levels.
• Prepare reports on product quality for management review.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking incoming and outgoing products.
• Contribute to team efforts to improve sorting processes and efficiency.
• Train and mentor new team members on proper grading techniques.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to all workplace safety practices.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep up with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in agricultural production or quality control is a plus

Advantageous
