Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Health First Pharmacy in San Antonio. In this role, you will support pharmacists in dispensing medication, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications and ensure proper labeling.
• Assist in the training of new technicians and interns.
• Participate in pharmacy audits and compliance checks.
• Monitor medication storage conditions and expiration dates.
• Foster positive relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred
