Job Description
As a Pouncing Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of lathe machinery to produce quality parts. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate lathe machines according to specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks on finished products.
Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.
Assist in training junior operators as needed.
Follow all quality and safety standards in daily operations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in lathe operation or related field is preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of experience operating and maintaining lathe machines in a manufacturing environment.
