Job Description

As a Pouncing Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of lathe machinery to produce quality parts. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate lathe machines according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products.
  • Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in training junior operators as needed.
  • Follow all quality and safety standards in daily operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in lathe operation or related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience operating and maintaining lathe machines in a manufacturing environment.
