Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in supply chain operations and logistics management to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will oversee the supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing best practices in logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Design supply chain processes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Utilize software tools for inventory and logistics management.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring supply chain readiness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize demand planning.
  • Prepare documentation for import/export compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience
