Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated First-Line Supervisor to oversee production activities in our metal fabrication department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily production schedules, ensuring safety and quality standards, and leading a team of operational workers to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production and operational activities.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality controls.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Analyze production data and create reports for upper management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication and production management
