Job Description

Join our talented team as a Carpentry Specialist, where you'll oversee the design and installation of wooden structures and fixtures. This position requires collaboration with architects and contractors to deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine project dimensions.
• Order materials and supplies as needed for each job.
• Use both hand and power tools for cutting and shaping wood.
• Install cabinetry, trim work, and custom fixtures as required.
• Sustain cleanliness and maintenance of tools and work area.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols on all job sites.
• Assist in project management tasks and client interactions.
• Evaluate job progress and report on timelines and challenges.
• Train new carpentry staff on techniques and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education in woodworking or construction technology is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in carpentry with experience in custom woodworking.
